- Society address, RERA/CHS registration numbers, and official documentation (Authority/Appointment letters)

- Login credentials and OTP (One-Time Password) verification details
Transaction Data
- While payments are handled by a secure third-party gateway, we maintain records of invoices, booking statuses, and refund processing details

- Facilitate the booking and approval workflow between Stall Owners and Society Admins
- Verify the physical and legal legitimacy of societies and vendors
- Process invoices and handle refunds
- Send automated notifications via SMS and email gateways
- Maintain platform security and prevent unauthorized "Guest" access

Note on Security: All user details are stored in an encrypted format within our internal systems. Data is not shared publicly and is only visible to the specific parties engaged in a mutual business transaction (e.g., a Society Admin reviewing a Stall Owner's booking request).

Payment Gateways
- All payment details are handled securely by our integrated payment partners. Stall Circle does not store raw credit card or bank credentials.
Communication
- We use third-party SMS and email gateways to deliver OTPs and notifications.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or lease your data. Information is only disclosed:
- To the counterparty of a booking (e.g., showing a vendor's contact info to an admin only after sub-details are accessed)
- When required by law or to protect the safety of our users

Users can update their profiles or manage their data through their account settings. Since there is no "Guest" access, all data processing is based on the consent provided during the mandatory registration as a Stall Owner or Society Admin.
